We accept exchanges as outlined below:
No cash or credit refunds, we will only accept merchandise for exchange or store credit only.
We accept only merchandise that was purchased in the last 15 days.
We accept only merchandise that was purchased at full retail price. No sale or discounted merchandise may be returned or exchanged.
We accept only merchandise in new condition with the tags still attached that was purchased at our stores and has a valid receipt, (items without a receipt that otherwise meets all other return criteria may be exchanged).
We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, firearms, ammunition, fuel, reloading supplies, bear spray or personal defense spray.
We do accept cleaned merchandise that is deemed to be defective. We will contact the manufacturer of the item to determine how the manufacturer wants to apply their warranty. Each manufacturer has different policies for defective merchandise. Most will replace or repair the item. Some manufacturers will have shipping and handling charges. We will be your advocate and try to accommodate your wishes, but the manufacturer has the final say.
Shipping costs will also be assessed on returned items which are purchased by special order or through our web store. If you received free shipping on your item, we will deduct what we paid for shipping from the refund on a return.
Exceptions to this policy may be granted by contacting John Staser at email@example.com. Sales staff does not have the authority to grant exceptions.
