Returns

We accept only merchandise that was purchased in the last 15 days.

We accept only merchandise that was purchased at full retail price.  No sale or discounted merchandise may be returned.


We accept only merchandise in new condition with the tags still attached that was purchased at our stores and has a valid receipt, (items without a receipt that otherwise meets all other return criteria may be exchanged for other merchandise).

We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, firearms, ammunition, reloading supplies, bear spray or personal defense spray.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.  The fee will be assessed to individuals who return merchandise habitually or have caused additional costs or inconvenience to the store.

Shipping costs may also be assessed on returned items which are purchased by special order or through our web store.

We do accept cleaned merchandise that is deemed to be defective.  We will contact the manufacturer of the item to determine how the manufacturer wants to apply their warranty.  Each manufacturer has different policies for defective merchandise.  Most will replace or repair the item.  Some manufacturers will have shipping and handling charges.  We will be your advocate and try to accommodate your wishes, but the manufacturer has the final say.
